The Supply Chain Administrator supports daily supply chain and purchasing operations. You will assist in maintaining our Approved Supplier List (ASL), processing orders, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, quality, and internal programs. Reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

- Responsible for maintaining Systima Technologies’ approved supplier list . Ensure active suppliers provide updated certification s for ITAR, AS9100/ISO9001, NADCAP , and CUI/CMMC compliance.
- Report risks to upcoming expirations and the impact to production and development programs.
- Initiate setting up new vendors through the approval process and deactivating that need to be removed or downgraded on the ASL.
- Support risk mitigation efforts by identifying strengths/weaknesses of current supply base and developing contingency plans for critical hardware and components.
- Processes purchase requisitions (PRs) on behalf of company Program and departments to issue Purchase Orders (POs)to suppliers
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's of Arts or Science
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook)
- Epicor ERP experience preferred
- Minimum Experience:3 years in purchasing or quality control
- Preferred Experience: Experience with quality control in the space and defense industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, quality standards, and attention to detail
