- Works with team of machine operators, welders, engineers and other Machine Shop staff
- Performs First Article Inspections and quality control
- Ensures that machined parts meet customer specifications, drawings and STP files
- Provides mentorship to junior team members
- Maintains equipment, shop cleanliness, and tooling inventory
- Develops set up sheets, tool drawings and other work instructions to be presented
- Required Education: High School Diploma
- 2 years of manual machining experience, CMM operation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively operate shop related tools and equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, drawings and/or technical diagrams – easily hold /-.003” tolerance
- Use of CAD platforms for tooling design
- Strong communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
