Karma Yoga - Front Desk Associate

Karma Yoga in San Francisco is looking for positive individuals with a love for yoga, meticulous attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and an enthusiasm for personal growth to support with class check-ins and our digital platform filming. Customer service experience and familiarity with Zoom is a must.

Responsibilities of the Karma Yoga Associate include but are not limited to:

- Managing in-studio class check-ins
- Administrating live Zoom classes in-studio
- Excellent customer service skills in-person, via email and phone
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues with little support related to internet and sound quality
- Timely and professional email communication with management team and customers
- Completing daily checklist of opening and closing tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough cleaning, laundry and restocking duties
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.

We are looking for someone who can start ASAP and can commit to the following:

- Minimum 4 days of availability at part-time capacity (10-20 hours/week)
- 100% WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!
- 3 days minimum required to work, 1 being a weekend
- Shifts are early morning and evening M-F and morning weekends; we require a balance of availability between morning and evening shifts.
- Comfortable being in-studio as well as outdoors with social distancing and other safety guidelines in place

This is a part-time role starting at $16.50/hour. Progress in your role and the opportunity to grow with Karma Yoga will be evaluated at the end of 3 months.
