Construction Site Technician

Karma Construction Group is a full-service construction company serving the DMV area, dedicated to providing quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and safety on every project. KCG is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Technician to assist with operations across our active job sites in the DMV area.

This position plays an important role in maintaining site organization, safety, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment. Throughout the projects, you will communicate with Project Managers and assist with material handling, site organization, and general labor to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained job site.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate daily site logs, detailing cleanliness, organization, and general site conditions.
• Work with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth daily operations.
• Commute around the DMV area to provide job site support to ongoing projects.
• Manage the coordination, organization, and timely receipt of material deliveries at job sites.
• Maintain a high standard of jobsite cleanliness, including but not limited to sweeping, collecting and disposing of trash, and organizing the site for a hazard-free work environment.
• Report any safety or compliance concerns to site management and company administration.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or other equivalent
• 3 Years prior construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
• Prior experience with Buildertrend, or other equivalent ERP.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads (up to 50lbs) when necessary

Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
