Karma Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking motivated Registered Nurses interested in entering the field of aesthetic medicine through a structured training and mentorship pathway.
Selected candidates will complete The Injector Blueprint™ Certification Program, a comprehensive aesthetic training course designed to prepare nurses for safe and effective practice in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Following certification, graduates will have the opportunity to participate in a 30-day paid clinical mentorship at Karma Aesthetics & Wellness, where they can gain real patient experience, refine their technique, and begin building a client base within an established aesthetic practice.
This opportunity is designed for nurses who want a legitimate pathway into aesthetic medicine, combining formal education, hands-on mentorship, and the potential for long-term career placement.
Training Program – The Injector Blueprint™
The Injector Blueprint™ provides foundational education in aesthetic medicine, including:
- Facial anatomy and aging patterns
- Neuromodulator treatments (Botox/Dysport type products)
- Dermal filler techniques and safety
- Facial assessment and consultation skills
- Facial mapping and treatment planning
- Complication prevention and management
- Patient communication and ethical aesthetic practice
- Documentation and medical compliance
This certification program prepares nurses with the clinical knowledge and practical framework required to begin practicing in the aesthetic field.
Participants are responsible for the cost of certification.
30-Day Paid Mentorship Opportunity
After completing certification, graduates may be invited to participate in a 30-day mentorship period within Karma Aesthetics & Wellness.
During this time, nurses will work within the practice environment while receiving continued mentorship and guidance.
Opportunities during this mentorship may include:
- Performing aesthetic consultations
- Administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers under mentorship
- Working with real patients in a functioning aesthetic clinic
- Building confidence with facial assessment and treatment planning
- Learning practice operations and patient flow
- Participating in marketing and social media content
During this mentorship period, participants have the opportunity to earn commission on full-priced services performed, allowing them to begin generating income while gaining experience.
Permanent Position Opportunities
At the conclusion of the 30-day mentorship period, participants will undergo a performance review evaluating:

Based on this review, candidates may be offered a permanent injector position within Karma Aesthetics & Wellness.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
