- Schedule donation pickups thoroughly and efficiently based on location, quantity, and other pertinent data.
- Accurately capture all necessary donor information and input it into the appropriate software/program.
- Efficiently transfer calls to different stores and departments as necessary.
- Communicate in a timely manner any complaints, criticism, and feedback to Stakeholders and Director as necessary
- Ability to use cell phone, tablet and GPS devices.
- Basic ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- High level of detail orientation.
- Ability to read (in English), comprehend, analyze, and interpret.
- Comfortable and well-versed in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, including Excel.

- Ability to read and define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form.
