- Receive & sort donated merchandiseInspect, evaluate, and determine sellable qualityPrice & prepare items for the sales floorMeet daily & weekly production goals (Company Target: 35 processed pieces per hour)Maintain organization & safety within the processing areaWork closely with team members to keep inventory moving efficientlyRepresent KARM's core values: Trustworthy, Team-Minded & Teachable
