Production Position at Food Manufacturing Company
HIRING FOR AM SHIFT - Paid lunches! Only here for 8 hours!
AM HOURS: 6AM - 2:00PM
DAYS: MONDAY - FRIDAY
Karlsburger Foods is seeking a full time Production Associate. This role will work at our manufacturing plant in Maple Lake, and report directly to the Production Supervisor. This is an entry level position but there is always potential for advancement in our growing company. We will create a training path for you to learn our company and grow through our level system. This position will work with a team of 3-4 people to complete the scheduled products for the day. They will learn the process beginning to end from one of our trainers.

Responsibilities:
- Manufacture our lines of soups, gravies, sauces, and hunger relief products
- Learn how to mix and package recipes
- Contribute to the cleanliness and sanitation of our food grade facility
- Learn to operate our equipment
Qualifications:
- Works well with Teammates
- The ability to lift 50 lbs
- High School or Equivalent
- Ability to read and write
