This role partners closely with HR and executive stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives, while owning mission-critical systems and leading transformation initiatives across a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR business stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions (Employee Central & LMS)
- Lead enterprise-level IT initiatives, including global SuccessFactors rollouts
- Drive alignment between IT strategy and HR business goals across regions
- Collaborate on system integrations (SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite)
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, data protection, and governance policies
- Serve as a senior liaison between executive stakeholders and IT delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops and present roadmaps and recommendations to leadership
- Perform advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and dashboard development to support decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or related field
- 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central & LMS)
- Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / Integration Suite (preferred hands-on exposure)
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities using data and structured methodologies
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills across multiple initiatives
- Strong listening skills and stakeholder empathy to translate business needs into solutions
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
