Job Title: Associate Buyer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Buyer to join our team. The Associate Buyer will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels by analyzing data, forecasting demand, and efficiently placing replenishment orders. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure stock availability aligns with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory levels and sales trends to determine reorder quantities.
- Place timely purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Monitor delivery schedules and promptly address any delays or issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to anticipate changes in demand due to promotions or market shifts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective purchasing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, lead times, and supplier performance.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Rebuyer, Purchasing Agent, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement best practices, and inventory optimization techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
