What You'll Do

Every day is different, but every day matters.

You'll help ensure every vehicle sale is completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally by:

• Supporting our Finance Managers throughout the entire deal process
• Preparing, auditing, organizing, and finalizing deal jackets
• Verifying contracts and finance documents for accuracy
• Working with banks and lenders to submit funding packages
• Following up on missing documents and outstanding contracts
• Processing title paperwork and assisting with payoff information
• Maintaining organized electronic and paper records
• Protecting confidential customer information
• Working closely with Sales, Accounting, DMV, and Finance to keep deals moving
• Helping deliver a smooth, stress-free customer experience from start to finish

• Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
