Team Karl Malone is seeking an in-house Title Clerk and Accounting Assistant. As a member of our team, you will help process accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and title documentation, as well as assist in many other accounting needs.

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct customer inquires
- Process new and used vehicles for registration
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Provide support within the accounting team as needed
- Aide in maintaining positive relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
Requirements
- Great communicator and listener
- Must have strong computer skills. Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems a plus
- Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
- Be able to interact well with the public in person and over the phone.
- Accuracy in following procedures and directions.
- Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
- Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
