Karl Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to help guide and grow our high-volume sales department. This is your chance to lead from the front — motivating your team, improving the guest experience, and driving results every day.
What You Will Do:
- Lead by example on the showroom floor — support and coach sales consultants daily
- Track team performance and help achieve monthly sales and CSI goals
- Work directly with customers to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience
- Serve as a communication bridge between sales, management, and service teams

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of automotive sales experience (Chevrolet or GM brand a plus).
- Proven success closing deals and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership potential — motivates others and thrives on team success.
- Organized, coachable, and ready to take on more responsibility.
- Familiar with CRM tools (DriveCentric), VAuto, and digital retailing platforms.
