What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Supervisor position at Karing Hands?
Job Summary:
We are looking for an RN to do Supervisory work, to set up new clients and to work along with team to do introductions with new clients and to help with all aspects and whatever needed to get new contracts started, supervising workers and supervising clients.
We also depend on dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisors to oversee our Home Care Aids in the patient's home. Each Medicaid Waiver patient receives a visit from the nurse every 60 days. Each home care aid receives a supervisory visit at least every 6 months. A simple supervisory visit form is filled out for each visit, each visit should take 10 to 15 minutes. The RN will be paid $28 per visit plus .25 per mile.
RN needs to come by the office 1 time per week. The nurse will turn in all her paperwork and meet with the staffing coordinator.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
