Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role ensures that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders with accuracy and care
- Verify items, quantities, and shipping details before dispatch
- Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Ecommerce, Sales) to resolve order issues
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and restocking inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support high-volume periods (including promotional and holiday peaks) with urgency and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with shipping software or ERP systems is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
