Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a smile and inform them of the wait time
- Seat guests at their tables, taking into consideration server availability and guest needs
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of any available specials
- Answer the phone
- Reservation system (Resy) experience preferred
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or server, in a professional setting is required
- Full-time position (Lunch, Dinner or both)
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
