What You Will Do
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth
- Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Observe and document children's progress while encouraging each child's unique development
- Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's growth and daily experiences
- Work collaboratively with staff to support a positive and nurturing school culture
What We Are Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's, Master's, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
- A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment
