What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Waitstaff position at Kardinal Hall?
Kardinal Hall in Charlottesville, VA is looking for servers to join our team. We are located on 722 Preston Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive to detail, motivated, and hard-working. This position does require mostly nights though, scheduling can be flexible. Full-time availability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Knowing the menu in order to communicate food and drink options to guests.
- Delivering food to tables.
- Bussing and pre-bussing tables.
- Delivering a great customer experience.
- Anticipating customer needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and execute tasks effectively.
- Agility and awareness of the environment around you.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus.
- A positive attitude is a must!
