We are a martial arts school with an After School Program for children ages 5–12. Our mission is to provide a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children develop confidence, build valuable life skills, and have fun every day.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive a 15-passenger van to pick up students from local schools for our After School Program.
- Welcome students as they arrive and help create a positive, supportive atmosphere.
- Follow lesson plans and directions provided by the Program Director.
- Assist students with homework, offering guidance and encouragement.
- Prepare and distribute afternoon snacks, including fresh fruit, and manage snack cards.
- Supervise children throughout the program while maintaining a safe, fun, and structured environment.
- Clean and organize at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with children and have a positive, energetic attitude.
- Dependable, responsible, and committed to providing a safe environment.
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be comfortable driving a 15-passenger van.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working with children.
- CPR Certification.
- First Aid Certification.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 2:30 PM–5:00 PM, with occasional shifts lasting until 6:00 PM
- Scheduled on days when Caddo Parish schools are in session
Pay: $15.00 per hour
