Responsibilities
- Gather and follow up with prospective student leads
- Schedule, confirm, track appointments via phone, text, email
- Run introductory appointments and assist with new student enrollments
- Help onboard new students and guide them toward long-term success
- Support student retention through proactive communication and follow-up
- Handle parent questions and concerns and work towards positive solutions
- Assist with daily operations
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional front-end environment
- Inventory and keep the pro shop organized and stocked
- Promote and organize special school events and occasional community events

- Excellent phone skills and confidence speaking with prospective and current families

- Sales confidence and ability to guide families through enrollment decisions

Bonus Skills (Helpful, But Not Required):
- Experience creating flyers, promotions, or simple graphic designs using Canva
- Familiarity with SPARK or similar CRM software
- AED/CPR certified
- Martial arts experience or knowledge of the martial arts school environment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
