What are the responsibilities and job description for the Furniture Sales Representative position at Karat Home Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating and presenting Karat Home products to wholesalers or businesses,establish new accounts and maintain main accounts.
- Drive sales growth by actively visiting wholesalers, retailers, and business partners, presenting Karat Home products, and building strong long-term relationships.
- Establish new accounts through proactive outreach, cold visits, and networking, while maintaining and growing key accounts.
- Regularly analyze customers and market conditions in the target area, adjust and develop sales strategies and plans, negotiating contracts.
- Organize and participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings; review wholesale performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop effective channel policies according to market demand, leverage resources, and cooperate with customers to carry out marketing activities in order to acquire new customers.
- Organizing, coordinating and attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings, reviewing wholesale performance.
- Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of the company's overseas market channel brand promotion activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, proving a track record of success in sales and team management, Home Decor and Furniture Industry experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, self-motivated and driven by target / KPI.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits, outreach, and trade events.
