Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, be admitted to the California State Bar, and have 1–2 years of experience practicing law. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a dynamic legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal research, analysis, and support on various cases and projects.
- Experience with employment law
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and client matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the organization and/or clients in legal proceedings as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of California (CA Bar admission required).
- 1-3 years of experience practicing law as a junior associate or attorney.
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
