The Role
This is a litigation-focused position for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and wants to be "hands-on" with every stage of a case. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to:
- Court Appearances: Represent the firm and our clients in various court proceedings.
- Motions: Draft comprehensive legal motions and argue them effectively in court.
- Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions with precision and confidence.
- Trial Prep: Assist in preparing high-stakes personal injury and medical malpractice cases for trial.
Who You Are
- Articulate & Persuasive: You possess strong oral and written communication skills and can effectively argue complex legal points.
- Hyper-Organized: You can manage a diverse caseload with a high level of detail and reliability.
- Driven: You have a genuine passion for litigation and a desire to achieve maximum compensation for clients.
- Experience: Ideally, you have 1–2 years of experience in personal injury or medical malpractice litigation.
