Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day communications with retailers and vendors and ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently and accurately. The position serves as a central point of contact, coordinating requests, answering questions, and following up internally to make sure all requirements are completed in a timely manner. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with strong organization, clear communication, and consistent follow-through to support smooth and professional relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle communication between existing vendors, partners and retailers
• Ensure all vendor, partner, and retailer requests, questions, and issues are met and completed in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records of communications and requirements
• Provide consistent updates to retailers and vendors as needed

Experience / Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities at once
• Comfortable coordinating between internal teams and external partners
• Prior experience working with vendors, retailers, or partners is a plus

Schedule:

• 9am-6pm
• Monday to Friday

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
