What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hip Hop Dance Teacher position at Kara's Dance Center?
We are looking for a hip hop teacher to join our dance family for the 2026-2027 dance year, our 21st season.
Our studio is located in East Freetown, MA. Our classes begin on Monday, September 14th and our year-end recital will be on a Saturday in June. (Likely 6/19/27)
The upcoming class schedule is not finalized so there is still some flexibility but the available classes will be Monday - Thursday nights between 4:30-8:30pm
Our ideal candidate would be punctual & reliable, have teaching experience, the ability to instruct classes and choreograph routines for various levels from beginner-advanced, and create a class atmosphere that is safe, enthusiastic, and engaging. Compensation is commensurate with teaching experience.
