What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new residential customers through door-to-door outreach
- Build your own pipeline and manage your territory
- Educate homeowners and guide them through the process
- Own your schedule, activity, and results
- Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
- Average first-year earnings: $60,000-$80,000 (W2)
- Strong first-year performers: $100,000
- Top performers (Year 2): $120,000-$140,000
- Uncapped commissions (average $225 per sale) paid semi-monthly
