Responsibilities
- Uncrate and prepare new machines for setup and use
- Inspect and check electrical and mechanical connections
- Install cords, accessories, and necessary components
- Ensure all required parts and materials are properly included before machine shipment
- Operate a forklift to move and stage machines safely (training/certification may be provided)
- Clean and assist with preventative maintenance of machines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Support technicians and team members with general shop tasks as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (with proper tools/equipment)
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
