What You'll Earn
- $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience spiffs

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM start (Work ends when calls are completed - 30-minute lunch; occasional overtime)
What You'll Do
- Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all brands of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Work independently while being part of a close-knit team that helps each other grow
- Take pride in your work and continue developing your technical and soft skills
What You Need
- 2 years of HVAC field service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- HVAC trade school certificate
- NATE certification
