What You’ll Do
As the Workplace & Executive Services Manager, you’ll lead workplace operations and executive coordination across multiple office locations. You’ll oversee a team of Workplace Coordinators, drive operational consistency, and help create an engaging, professional, and high-performing environment companywide.
In this role, you will:
- Partner closely with executive leadership to coordinate key meetings, communications, and organizational initiatives
- Lead and develop the Workplace Coordinator team across all locations
- Create consistent workplace standards, systems, and service experiences
- Oversee office operations, facilities coordination, vendor relationships, and shared workplace tools
- Coordinate leadership meetings, company events, board meetings, and off-site experiences
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and organization
- Help shape a welcoming, engaging, and service-oriented employee experience

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of administrative, office management, workplace operations, or executive support experience
- Experience leading administrative or operational teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-location office operations
- Experience with workplace systems and office management tools
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- In-office role with travel between office locations and company events as needed
