We are seeking a Client Intake Specialist / Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is not a traditional receptionist position — it is a sales-driven intake role where success is measured by qualified consultations booked.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and return inbound calls promptly — convert callers into scheduled consultations.
- Distinguish between new leads vs. existing clients, and handle accordingly.
- Follow a proven call script while also being personable and persuasive.
- Confidently explain our consultation process and encourage commitment.
- Collect and input client information accurately into MyCase/CRM system.
- Follow up on missed calls, web inquiries, and referrals quickly.
- Track all leads, conversions, and outcomes for reporting.
- Assist with light administrative/reception tasks as needed (secondary to intake).
Qualifications
- Required: Prior experience in high-volume law firm intake OR sales role with measurable results.
- Strong phone presence — articulate, professional, and persuasive.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed conversion targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Tech savvy: able to work in case management systems (MyCase or similar CRMs).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Preferred: Background in legal services intake (family law, bankruptcy, PI, or consumer law firms).
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience).
- Performance Bonus Structure: Additional compensation based on consults booked and conversion rates.
