Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Integration Lead responsible for leading and coordinating delivery of all approved in-scope integrations for the Lex Health HCM implementation across Wave 1 and Wave 2, in accordance with the project plan and agreed responsibilities.Responsibilities:1. Requirements and scope: Lead integration discovery and requirements workshops with client business owners, system owners, Oracle functional and technical teams, and third parties. Maintain the integration inventory, requirements, dependencies, delivery owners, and status. Confirm data flows, mappings, business rules, frequency, security, reconciliation, and error-handling requirements. Route proposed scope changes through project governance.2. Functional Design Documents (FDDs): Create and/or lead completion of integration FDDs; review them for completeness, consistency, and alignment with approved requirements; coordinate functional and technical reviews; resolve comments; and follow up with designated client approvers until formal approval is documented. Maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and test coverage.3. Delivery coordination: Coordinate integration design and build activities with Oracle developers, client system owners, and third-party providers. Track readiness, dependencies, and issues across systems, with execution responsibilities aligned to the OD and agreed project assignments.4. Testing leadership: Plan and lead integration testing across applicable unit, system integration, end-to-end, UAT, and regression cycles. Prepare or review scenarios and scripts, execute assigned tests, coordinate test data and environment readiness, validate results and reconciliations, and maintain test evidence.5. Client testing follow-up: Coordinate client and third-party testing participation in every applicable cycle. Track assigned tests, execution progress, results, outstanding actions, and completion dates; follow up with owners and escalate blockers promptly.6. Defect resolution: Lead integration defect triage and follow-up. Track severity, ownership, corrective actions, target dates, retesting, and closure. Coordinate resolution with the responsible Oracle, client, or third-party team and escalate unresolved risks.7. Formal integration signoff: Obtain and record signoff for each in-scope integration from the designated approvers, supported by approved designs, completed testing, reconciliation evidence, and resolved defects or formally accepted exceptions. Maintain a consolidated signoff tracker.8. Go-live and stabilization: Lead integration readiness tracking and support cutover and go-live activities for all in-scope integrations. Coordinate deployment sequencing, production connectivity and schedules, smoke testing, reconciliation, monitoring, issue resolution, and transition to support within the agreed project scope.Required skills: Senior-level, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM integration implementation experience; experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), inbound and outbound interfaces, data mapping, reconciliation, error handling, and integration security; strong FDD writing and review skills; demonstrated leadership of cross-system testing, defect resolution, approvals, and production deployment; and strong client communication and stakeholder coordination. Healthcare implementation experience is preferred. Expected role outputs: Current integration inventory and delivery tracker; documented requirements and approved FDDs; test scenarios, results, and reconciliation evidence; client testing and defect trackers; documented integration signoffs; integration cutover and readiness documentation; and support handover materials.
