Guest Experience Coordinator
Summary of Position
The Guest Experience Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of guest support services for guests, primarily large intern cohorts and corporate tenants, in Southern California. This role requires strong on-site residential operations and hospitality experience to ensure a high-quality living experience. The Guest Experience Coordinator also serves as a key liaison, maintaining professional communication with corporate clients and university partners to ensure successful coordination of the housing program.
Compensation and Benefits
● Compensation: $30–$32 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Guest Experience & Relationship Management: Lead and nurture the full guest journey from initial placement through move-out, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and service-focused experience. Facilitate group move-ins and move-outs, conduct engaging housing orientations, clearly communicate community guidelines, and remain consistently accessible throughout each guest’s stay to build trust and long-term satisfaction.
● Guest Support & Service Excellence: Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted point of contact for guests, responding promptly to maintenance requests, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism, and resolving escalations with a solution-oriented approach that reinforces confidence and care.
● Operational Oversight: Coordinate actively with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure all units meet company quality and readiness standards for seamless guest transitions.
● University & Corporate Partnership Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned university and corporate partners, providing regular program updates and ensuring service coordination meets client expectations.
● Compliance & Documentation: Ensure consistent adherence to community and company standards and maintain accurate records of all guest communications, service requests, and incident reports in the CRM system.
● Property Assessment: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of all apartments before and after occupancy to assess for damages and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
● Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities, coupled with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
● Technical Proficiency: Competency with Google Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Education: An Associate’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Experience
● Experience in managing housing cycles for interns or university programs.
● A background that successfully integrates hospitality service standards with traditional residential property management practices.
