You’ll manage roofing projects from estimate to completion while playing a major role in driving revenue and profitability. This is a performance-based position with strong six-figure earning potential, and for the right person, there’s no ceiling on income—your results determine your rewards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare accurate and competitive roofing estimates using AccuLynx and other estimating tools
- Review inspections, plans, scopes, and contracts to develop clear, profitable proposals
- Negotiate pricing and scopes with clients, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Manage roofing projects from start to finish—scheduling crews, ordering materials, and overseeing execution
- Control job costs and maximize margins to increase overall profitability (and your earnings)
- Work closely with field crews to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every project
- Proactively identify challenges such as weather delays, scope changes, or material shortages
- Provide regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and company quality expectations
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience in roofing estimating and project management
- Strong understanding of roofing systems (residential, commercial, flat, metal, or storm restoration)
- Confidence negotiating contracts, pricing, and scopes
- Ability to read and interpret inspections, plans, and roofing details
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
- Knowledge of roofing safety standards and quality control
- Strong communication skills with customers, crews, and vendors
