Logistics Manager - Grafton, WI
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and production support.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the operation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and production queue times.
- Mentor, develop, and lead warehouse supervisors and staff.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
