Brake Press Operator - Multiple Shifts Available
Available Shifts:
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 4am - 2pm
- Weekend shift: Friday - Sunday, 4am - 4pm (work 36 hours get paid for 40!)

Brake Press Operator – Grafton, WI
If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Brake Press Operator on 1st, 2nd, and weekend shift at our Grafton, WI facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely set-up and operate company production equipment
- Understand and use measuring and testing equipment
- Read and understand blueprints and other engineering specifications
- Perform housekeeping, organization, documentation for quality and system labor reporting daily
- Attend meetings and participates on continuous improvement projects
- Troubleshoot both equipment and jobs, if needed
- Follow the production schedule for the area and reports sub-standard rates
- Other duties as assigned
