We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team and manage sales for kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, and sinks. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and ensuring successful project coordination from quote to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Meet annual sales goals.
- Guide customers through project selections (layouts, themes, colors, materials).
- Present and explain quotes/bids to clients and secure approvals.
- Review contracts and ensure accuracy before customer presentation.
- Visit job sites as needed to obtain field measurements (PPE required).
- Oversee project progress from production to installation and obtain customer completion sign-off.
- Maintain accurate records, communication, and project documentation.
- Attend meetings, track tasks/appointments, and log work hours appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project fulfillment.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen/bath cabinetry and countertop industry required.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans/blueprints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with 20/20 Design, Cabinet Vision, or similar CAD design software.
- Strong customer service, communication, and project management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed.
Compensation
- Base salary commission structure (uncapped earning potential).
- Commissions paid on collected/closed projects.
- Travel expenses reimbursed for approved project-related trips.
- Full compensation details will be provided during the interview process.
