About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Primavera Scheduling Manager to lead the Master Integrated Project Schedule for a premier, state-of-the-art data center campus. As one of the largest private power and AI data center developments in the country, this multi-gigawatt gigaproject integrates cutting-edge hyperscale data center facilities with complex, private power generation infrastructure.
In this critical direct-hire role, you will be the absolute owner of the master schedule, utilizing Primavera P6 to coordinate and align multi-billion dollar construction phases, EPC contractors, utility interconnections, and long-lead equipment procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Master Schedule Ownership: Develop, baseline, maintain, and optimize the resource-loaded Master Integrated Project Schedule in Primavera P6 for both data center build-outs and power generation infrastructure.
Contractor Alignment: Review, challenge, and integrate EPC contractor schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones, critical path logic, and overall project execution plans.
Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Perform continuous critical path method (CPM) analysis, risk assessments, and schedule impact evaluations. Proactively identify bottlenecks, delays, or logic constraints, and collaborate with Project Directors to develop recovery plans.
Progress Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate, high-visibility progress reports, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, S-curves, and forecasting dashboards to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
Change Management: Evaluate the schedule impact of design changes, field variations, and procurement delays, ensuring all changes are accurately baselined and documented.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of scheduling experience on large-scale, heavy industrial, power generation, or hyperscale data center projects (projects valued at over $500M are highly preferred).
Software Mastery: Advanced, power-user expertise in Primavera P6 Professional is mandatory. Experience with P6 EPPM, Microsoft Project, and schedule risk analysis software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis or Acumen Fuse) is a major plus.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of construction logic, sequencing, Earned Value Management (EVM), and labor/resource loading.
Behavioral Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex schedule metrics to executive leadership and hold external contractors accountable to aggressive timelines.
