Job Description:
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Agentic Systems to design and build scalable enterprise applications that support AI agents, workflows, and automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and secure enterprise architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable agent-based and distributed software systems
- Build orchestration frameworks for AI agents, workflows, and automation
- Develop APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing solutions
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security controls
- Integrate AI models and services into enterprise applications
- Build monitoring, logging, tracing, and operational support capabilities
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience with Java, Python, Kotlin, or similar backend technologies
- Experience building distributed and production-grade software systems
- Strong understanding of API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with workflow orchestration and asynchronous processing
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure service communication
- Experience supporting highly available and reliable enterprise applications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agentic AI platforms and AI orchestration frameworks
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and DevOps practices
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
