Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of overall IT experience with 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architect.
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Strong experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.
- Experience designing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations and platform best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CTA certification.
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
