ServiceNow Architect / Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Atlanta GA (Local candidates preferred)

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect / Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead ServiceNow architecture, development, integrations, security, CMDB/ITOM, and enterprise workflow automation in a large public-sector environment.
- The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on ServiceNow development and JavaScript experience along with ServiceNow architecture, CSDM, CMDB/ITOM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP integrations, and FedRAMP/government cloud experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow architecture, technical design, governance, and development standards aligned with CSDM.
- Develop complex solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Workflows, and Scoped Applications.
- Design secure solutions using ACLs, encryption, authentication, and secure coding practices.
- Build enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Design and support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure performance, scalability, upgradeability, and minimal technical debt.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and project leadership.
Required Skills:
- 10 years IT experience with 5 years ServiceNow development/architecture.
- Strong ServiceNow Architecture hands-on Development experience.
- Expert JavaScript / Glide API skills.
- CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping.
- Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs.
- HTML, CSS, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal.
- Experience with FedRAMP, government cloud, or highly regulated environments.
- Previous State Government / Public Sector experience preferred/required.
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
- ServiceNow CIS – ITSM or ITOM
- ITIL v4 Foundation
Preferred: ServiceNow CTA/CMA, Security or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
