Job Title: Informatica ETL Support Engineer (PowerCenter / MDM)
Location: Washington, DC - Hybrid (1 Day/Week Onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Informatica ETL Support Engineer to join a global support team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support for Informatica PowerCenter environments, handling incident, problem, and change management. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for Informatica PowerCenter environments
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
- Perform basic server/platform administration (logins, process monitoring, driver checks)
- Support installation and configuration of Informatica components
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (web, middleware, storage, infrastructure)
- Participate in on-call rotation (once every ~3 weeks, occasional weekends)
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter (ETL support)
- Strong understanding of Informatica architecture and components
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management
- Basic server/platform administration skills
- Ability to install and configure Informatica tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a global support environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Informatica MDM
- Exposure to SAP integrations / SAP data workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise-level ETL/data movement projects
