- Identifies and follows up on potential contacts for prospective
the next business day
- Assists prospective foster and adoptive families in enrolling for DT
- Conducts Deciding Together (DT) classes for prospective foster and
- Assists family with obtaining fingerprints and out of state checks
- Collects all required DT paperwork from prospective families
- Completes DT Leaders Summary and Recommendations
- Provides support to prospective foster families
