The project manager ensures that project plans are tracked and socialized to all effected parties in accordance with standard project management practices. **Essential Functions**
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensures that all projectsare deliveredon time, within scope and within budget
- Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuringtechnical feasibility
- Ensures resource availability and allocation
- Develops a detailed project plan to track progress
- Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Reports and escalates to management as needed
- Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Performs risk management tominimizeproject risks
- Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
- Responsible for overseeing the migration of various systems within the organization as they are updated or replaced
- Coordinates and leads project meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives, progress, and action items **Education, Experience, and Licensure**
- BA/BS in business administration, data science, information technology or related field; understanding of social service field is preferred
- Experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector preferred
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software implementation
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Must possess a valid state Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by DCCCA policy.
