Residential Clinical Mental Health Therapist
As a Residential Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will be crucial to our treatment program. You will work directly with residents, providing therapeutic interventions, assessments, and counseling. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for residents.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident progress.
- Participate in weekly supervision.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Eligible for licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LSCSW, LMFT).
- Experience working in a residential or similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to participate on a multidisciplinary team.
