You will operate heavy-duty roll-off hoist trucks to deliver, position, and retrieve open-top waste containers for construction, commercial, and residential clients. Home daily - all work within 50 miles of Wichita.

Must be able to drive a Manual Transmission Truck
Must have a Kansas CDL class A or B with Air Brakes
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform pre-and post trip maintenance checks.
Maintain the clean, safe operating condition of fleet vehicles to DOT regulations and standards.
Safely operate fleet vehicles within the laws defined by the state which operating.
Communicate effectively with Supervisory personnel.
Safely securing and caring for material on the truck.
Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions.
Maintenance of customer relations in the field, on job sites, acting in the best interest of the company at all times.
Roll off drivers are responsible for the hauling of waste debris from large high volume construction customers, as well as from residential and other customers.
Work environment for roll-off drivers often involve exposure to physical risks which is why conscientiousness is important in this role.
The driver is responsible for performing assigned duties on roll-off delivery and hauling routes.
This driver must have time management skills, good follow-through abilities and exceptional customer service skills.
Ensure that any loose debris in truck is secured by placing a tarp on them and securing the areas.
Coordinate directly with site foremen and homeowners to place dumpsters precisely as requested without damaging concrete, driveways, or overhead utilities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Kansas Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Current FMCSA/DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no recent major violations or DUI convictions.
Commercial driving experience; previous roll-off hoist or heavy equipment operation is highly preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in changing Kansas weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and frequently climb in and out of the truck cab using proper three-points-of-contact safety.
Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening, physical, and background check.
