Job Duties: This position involves a great deal of public contact and serves as a receptionist performing general secretarial duties. These duties would include greeting the public, attorneys and adult probation offenders. It also involves answering phone calls, data entry, typing, filing, faxing, and scanning documents. This position requires the use of a personal computer and daily use of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook programs. The applicant will need to become proficient in Odyssey and Enterprise Supervision computer programs to retrieve case information in the preparation of case files. This position will prepare various letters, notices, questionnaires, record requests, and other documents.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Basic computer skills
- Previous secretarial experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) is desirable
- Undergo and pass a criminal history records check
