Data Reporting & Development
- Gathers and translates reporting requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications and reporting solutions
- Writes SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
- Develops and maintains statistical and operational reports for case management systems
- Develops and implements data visualizations to effectively communicate trends, patterns, and insights
- Performs data validation across source systems, reporting databases, and report outputs
- Documents report logic, data definitions, and development procedures
- Communicates findings and technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Supports database performance monitoring and optimization through query tuning, indexing, and other performance improvement techniques
- Assists with troubleshooting database issues
- Assists with database upgrade and database migration projects
- Assists in daily database maintenance and monitoring activities

Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Knowledge of relational databases and basic database performance concepts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data validation and reporting accuracy
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends or discrepancies, and support problem resolution
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SSRS, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure or similar)
