What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Liaison position at Kansas Medical Clinic, PA?
Do you have any experience in pharma or physician relations? KMC is looking for a full-time marketing liaison. This role has flexible hours and covers select areas in Northeast Kansas.
As a marketing liaison, we expect you’ll be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives on building one-on-one connections. Much of the work is independent and requires a high level of organization and communication. KMC has an excellent reputation in the markets you’ll cover, existing contacts, a well-built-out CRM, and a friendly team.
Must have a valid Kansas Driver’s License
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain positive relationships with referral providers, scheduling breakfasts, snacks, and luncheons with clinics, ordering catering, working with internal administration to schedule physicians, staying for lunches to speak with clinic team members and providers.
2. Track all outreach duties, calls and mileage, keep all information up-to-date in CRM (HubSpot).
3. Visit multiple clinics weekly to share information regarding our providers and practice.
4. Attend area health fairs and events on behalf of KMC.
5. Help research, order, create, and put together mailers, baskets, and other collateral material within the market.
