Our Management Team is looking for an OR Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for our strong team of professionals in the Operating Rooms, Surgical Technicians, and Sterile Processing. A dynamic leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills who loves working side-by-side with the staff. Fifty percent of your time will be spent on the floor, the rest is dedicated to management tasks including staff selection, orientation, education and competency evaluations, while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care through team management, collaboration with providers, and adherence to regulatory standards. Our Nurse Managers serve as role models, and foster a culture of accountability, encourage input and professional growth.
