We are adding a Medical Assistant with supervisory experience to manager the day-to-day of a busy family practice clinic while assisting providers in all aspects of patient care. Proven experience with: Overseeing the staff scheduling, ensuring a compassionate patient experience, monitoring processes of back office, ensuring compliance with medical records and quality assurance. A strong and positive communicator able to build relationships with providers and staff to enhance the success of the practice. Serve as a role model for all staff with coaching and performance development of staff on an ongoing basis. Participates in budget creation, expense management; knowledgeable in labor laws and HIPAA.
